Founded in 2020 in Tel Aviv, Israel, Darrow is revolutionizing the justice system. Our team of world-class legal experts and technologists has built an intelligence platform that uncovers egregious violations across legal domains, such as privacy and data breaches, consumer protection, securities and financial fraud, environment, and employment.

We are looking for a talented and proactive Operations Manager to support the scale and operational efficiency of our plaintiff team. This role is critical in building and optimizing business processes, collaborating cross-functionally, and implementing solutions to meet our scaling needs. Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations across the plaintiff team, ensuring smooth, efficient workflows and timely delivery of case support and services. Oversee process implementation and continuously refine operational workflows to minimize bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
  • Business Process Development and Scaling: Define, build, and enhance business processes that support scalable operations for plaintiff lead generation, intake and onboarding. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes for optimal efficiency and growth readiness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal consulting, R&D, Sales, and external vendor teams to ensure alignment with business goals and operational strategies. Leverage insights from each team to implement solutions that support overall business objectives and improve process integration.
  • Vendor Management: Serve as the primary contact for external contractors and vendors, including intake technology providers and operational support partners. Define and monitor performance expectations, manage contracts, and ensure vendor contributions align with Darrow’s quality and compliance standards.
  • Project Management and Execution: Manage operations-related projects end-to-end, from initial planning and design to execution and performance analysis. Implement project management best practices and tools to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes and alignment with organizational goals.
  • KPI Monitoring and Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency, process effectiveness, and team productivity. Prepare regular reports to update stakeholders on operational performance, identify trends, and recommend areas for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Training and Process Documentation: Develop process documentation and provide ongoing training to internal stakeholders on new processes, technology integrations, and best practices. Enable teams to leverage operational improvements effectively through comprehensive guidance and support.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in operations or production management, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment. Experience in AdTech, LegalTech, SaaS, or other technology-driven sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong project management skills with experience managing projects from ideation through execution and monitoring. Familiarity with tools such as Monday, Jira and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management: Proven experience managing external vendors and contractors, with a focus on optimizing performance, streamlining collaboration, and ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Technology and Process Savvy: Strong understanding of technology solutions and work process development, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency. Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, and automation tools (Salesforce, Monday, Zapier/Make, Jira) is a plus.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Ability to use data to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strategic Thinking and Process Design: Ability to define, design, and implement scalable processes that meet evolving business needs. A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and continuous improvement.
