About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance Team and help build our FP&A functions from the ground up. Responsibilities
As an FP&A Analyst, your responsibilities encompass a wide range of financial planning and analysis tasks, working closely with various departments to drive strategic decision-making and financial performance. Your key duties include:
- Financial Modeling and Analysis: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive business cases. Conduct statistical analysis and create projections to guide strategic decisions by utilizing advanced analytical tools to build models and generate insightful reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, legal, sales, finance, marketing, and strategic planning teams, collect and analyze essential data and insights from multiple departments and maintain strong business partner relationships across the organization
- Strategic Planning Support: Provide accurate and timely financial analysis to support the strategic and ongoing planning process
- Financial Reporting and Performance Management: Prepare and present financial reports to executives, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage profit and loss (P&L) statements
- Process Improvement and Best Practices: Continuously refine financial analysis methodologies and implement best practices in financial planning and forecasting to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis
- Demonstrated analytical skills with experience in analyzing large datasets using advanced data analysis techniques to derive high-value insights.
- Proficiency in analysis tools and software such as Excel, BI tools, and SQL is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships, and influence decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a business partnering orientation and a can-do approach.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
