Our G&A team is growing, and we are looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team.
Not Your Typical Executive Assistant Role
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our team and company, be responsible for administrative tasks, coordinating executive communication, and providing strategic support to enable the CEO and G&A team to execute critical business initiatives. At Darrow there is no one way of doing things. We are open to new ideas and we encourage creativity, new initiatives and entrepreneurial minds.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and tasks to align with company strategy and priorities.
- Workflow Optimization: Streamline administrative processes, taking on logistics to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Documentation and Records: Organize and maintain files, records, and knowledge.
- Travel Logistics: Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, ensuring seamless scheduling and logistics according to plans.
Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing and screening communications effectively.
- Correspondence Management: Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO and G&A team, maintaining professional standards.
Strategic & Operative Support:
- Meeting Support: Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, collating materials, and attending meetings with the CEO to facilitate follow-up actions.
- Project Support: Aid in managing team and company project flows ensuring timely execution aligned with company goals.
Requirements
- Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role - must.
- Bachelor's degree - an advantage.
- Fast learner and independent thinker.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, adept at prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions at all levels.
- Strong English proficiency; native English - advantage.
- Tech-savvy and business-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing startup environment with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving skills to handle challenges with composure.
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
