As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be a critical link between our product, sales, and customers, ensuring that prospects and clients deeply understand the value and functionality of Constrafor’s platform. You will play a key role in the sales process by demonstrating technical expertise, solving customer challenges, and helping drive revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy and work cross-functionally in a high-growth startup environment.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospective and existing customers, deeply understanding their challenges and mapping our solutions to their needs.
- Lead compelling product demonstrations tailored to each customer’s pain points, showing how Constrafor’s platform streamlines workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to provide feedback, shape product development, and optimize technical sales processes.
- Respond to RFPs, technical questions, and security requirements, ensuring a smooth sales process and technical alignment.
- Develop technical sales materials, including presentations, white papers, and FAQs, to improve sales enablement.
- Support proof-of-concept and pilot programs, working hands-on with customers to drive successful onboarding and adoption.
- Stay informed about industry trends in fintech, SaaS, and construction tech to provide strategic insights to customers and internal teams.
📈 Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Experience supporting complex sales cycles, engaging with multiple stakeholders, and translating technical solutions into business value.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain APIs, integrations, and cloud-based SaaS solutions.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to diagnose customer challenges and recommend effective solutions.
- Experience working with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, collaborating across teams and adapting quickly to change.
