We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to help us grow our SaaS customer base of General Contractors. You will be responsible for contacting new prospects and booking meaningful discovery calls that highlight the benefits of our software platform for their back-office needs.

You will

  • Create new business opportunities to fuel Constrafor growth.
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas as defined by sales management.
  • Convey feedback to product marketing and product teams to represent the voice of the customer.
  • Build a solid revenue pipeline by setting discovery meetings with key decision makers.
  • Research and build new and existing accounts through rigorous outbound calling efforts.
  • Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects’ business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email
  • Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales and cross functional teams
  • Work in a fast-pace environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team.


  • 1-3 years of direct B2B software sales experience.
  • Resourcefulness and results driven operating style.
  • A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Comfortability with heavy prospecting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency with different sales tools and technologies
  • Familiarity with construction ERPs, accounting tools, and project management tools is a plus.
  • Selling software solutions to the construction or CRE industry is a strong plus.

Constrafor's Benefits:
