We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Director for the Behavioral Health division of RethinkFirst, also known as RethinkBH. The Director will report to the Head of Growth for RethinkFirst and is the primary Marketing liaison to the General Manager of the business and other internal RethinkBH stakeholders. An individual contributor, the Director will rally marketing team members in creative, copy, events, social, marketing ops, and more to execute high-quality, timely, and high-performing campaigns on their behalf; all designed to meet and exceed growth performance goals. Successful candidates will demonstrate multiple years of demand generation and product marketing success in a high-growth SaaS environment.
The Growth Marketing Director will be responsible for spearheading all Marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives for RethinkBH which target ABA practice owners and BCBA clinicians across the United States. Focused on generating and capturing demand for the organization with new logos as well as upsells, the role requires a strong understanding of and proven success in demand generation and Marketing best practices across technology/tools, strategy, and content. We seek individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for health and technology, and a successful track record of developing successful campaigns that create pipeline and contribute to revenue. Candidates who operate with urgency, pay attention to detail, excel at follow-through, and are internally motivated to meet and exceed aggressive growth goals will succeed in this role. A heavily cross-functional role, the Director will engage with multiple internal teams including Sales, Product, Client Success and Marketing. The individual will be a proactive participant in various marketing best practice committees across all Rethink businesses and an active contributor to company-wide marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and lead the execution of the annual strategic Marketing plan for RethinkBH
- Accountable for meeting Marketing’s quarterly and annual goals and KPIs for the RethinkBH business
- Develop demand and awareness campaigns, nurture sequences, Sales and Customer Success enablement tools and more to drive growth
- Continually monitor, track and evaluate the performance of Marketing campaigns and optimize as needed
- Rally marketing team contributors around your campaigns/goals and ensure quality, timely, high-performing delivery
- Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, including the executive team, highlighting key metrics, ROI, and recommendations for optimization with an eye towards growth
- Create a targeted Account Based Marketing (ABM) program with Sales & Channel to penetrate key prospect and client accounts
- Responsible for sales enablement, content and collateral (written, audio, visual); using external copywriters where feasible
- Responsible for all prospect-facing communications which span upsell and engagement and may include monthly newsletters, nurture campaigns, event invitations and more
- Work with Marketing leadership to create powerful, differentiated messaging and work with others on the Marketing team to deploy messaging through a wide variety of channels including events and webinars
- Partner with Product Management and lead product marketing, including go to market execution and development of internal and external enablement materials
- Manage the overall Marketing calendar and supervise ongoing programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with the social media manager on all social media strategy, posts and Metrics
- Collaborate with the content manager on content/SEO strategy, execution, and metrics
- Collaborate with the events manager on webinar and in-person event strategy, execution, and metrics
- Enable sales team and SDRs with content, scripts, talking points, as applicable
- Work cross-functionally to ensure the website is optimized for conversion and responsible for keeping site content current
- Manage the marketing budget with an eye towards ROI optimization
- Work with Channel/Partner teams (as applicable) to enable our partners and support revenue-driving co-marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
- 10-12+ years of experience in SaaS demand generation-focused marketing, preferably in HealthTech
- Strong understanding of ABA practice management/operations and clinical decision-making, as well as their relationships with parents and payors
- Metric-driven orientation to marketing with ability to not only analyze and optimize performance but also communicate it succinctly to key business stakeholders, always tying outcomes directly to business goals
- Full funnel demand generation and lead capture success as well as running revenue-generating upsell and cross-sell campaigns with existing clients
- Strong knowledge of and demonstrable success with Account Based Marketing (ABM), Email marketing, SEO, Google AdWords and related demand programs and channels
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques including Salesforce and HubSpot (or equivalents)
- Background in or passion for working in education technology
- Comfortable with the ambiguity inherent in a fast-paced environment

- Hands-on attitude and excellent project management skills
- Self-starter with sense of urgency and strong communication skills
- Track record of effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrable record of meeting demand gen/growth goals in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Able to dynamically reprioritize and/or pivot strategy based on market conditions or business objectives
