We’re looking for a senior credit structurer and analyst to join our core team. You will have autonomy to design, improve, and scale our decentralized protocol.

Responsibilities

Credit structuring - you will design our protection pool with some key considerations such as correlation between loans, perpetuity, the floor, the ceiling, and tranche.
Premium pricing and the exchange rate formula - you will design, simulate and improve our premium pricing formula and the exchange rate formula.
Financial simulation - you will design and build a financial model to simulate our APY and other key metrics.
Interacting with users - you will be interacting with and support our community of users through our documentation, blog and discord server.

Ideal Qualifications

Proficient in simulation tools e.g. The Jupyter Notebook
Good understanding of DeFi protocols

Requirements

3-5+ years of credit experience such as credit structuring, structured credit trading, or collateral analysis
Ability to build sophisticated financial/statistical models
Good understanding of finance and economics, especially the credit industry
