Position Overview

Candex marketing design function supports our internal marketing efforts and our customer success team in launching and promoting Candex solutions within clients’ population. The marketing designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that enhances our brand and also work . The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to produce high-quality designs across various digital and print media.

The Role

  • Responsible for planning, designing and developing various marketing asset templates.
  • Create compelling custom visual content that adheres to the established design systems.
  • Produce and deliver the final deliverable
  • Collaborate with customer success and marketing team to ensure alignment with marketing needs and schedules to produce consistency across all deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the design field.

Qualifications & Core Skills

  • +3 years of experience as a visual designer in brand and marketing.
  • Proven ability to design visual content with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
  • Understanding of creation and applying brand guidelines.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace apps (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.), MS Office (Doc, PowerPoint, Excel, etc).
  • Willingness and ability to learn other new design tools such as Figma.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for design, a commitment to quality, and a desire to create exceptional user experiences.
