Position Overview

Candex is actively seeking a highly committed Revenue Operations Manger to play a crucial role in our ongoing growth and global expansion efforts. This role is integral to the customization of Candex's system and the onboarding of international corporations. The successful candidate will be based out of our Boston office (Hybrid) and report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations.

The Role

  • Establishing new international subsidiaries and comprehending local regulations and tax regimes specific to each country.
  • Developing global accounting and taxation playbooks, and crafting comprehensive training materials for the Customer Success team to better engage with clients.
  • Collaborating with the IT team to adapt Candex's portal to meet country-specific regulations.
  • Creating new global bank accounts and facilitating Supply Chain Financing with affiliated financial institutions.
  • Assisting periodically with FP&A, providing country-wise financial analysis.
  • Coordinating with Sales, Account Leads, and CSMs to meet clients’ onboarding requirements.
  • Regularly auditing and maintaining entity details for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Two years experience in a Revenue Operations role
  • Master’s Degree in Business/Finance or similar comparable experience, CPA preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple and competing responsibilities
  • Great at relationship building
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical + problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and self-directed

Core Skills

  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in NetSuite, SAP, Ariba, Coupa
