Position Overview:

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team, who will be tasked with managing our largest enterprise accounts to ensure client satisfaction, promote loyalty, and deliver on commitments.

Reporting to Senior Leadership within Customer Success, the Key Account Manager will cover worldwide customers and should have a strong understanding of Procurement customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French are required!

The Key Account Manager will closely collaborate with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and support issue resolutions.

Responsibilities include day-to-day account management, reporting metrics & KPIs, customer health, regular meetings & business reviews, and providing materials and deliverables to increase the adoption of our product. The role also involves providing technical support to customers to increase product satisfaction and providing feedback to the Product Development team to improve product offerings.


  • Managing expansion plans & roadmaps with customers
  • Monitoring key data points and identifying potential trouble spots & trends
  • Addressing points of failure for resolution
  • Reporting & creating dashboards for communication & escalation
  • Supporting customer audits as needed
  • Planning and facilitating ongoing training needs
  • Engaging and training regional and country-specific stakeholder groups

  • Highly organized and capable of managing large, complex cross-functional projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Strive to identify continuous improvement opportunities

Core Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree preferred in areas such as Business, IT, Purchasing, Finance
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Knowledge of customer service practices or experience with Purchasing systems and processes
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
  • Knowledge/experience with Accounts Payable and Payment processes & software

Additional Skills (a plus):

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
