  • Partner with S&OP, procurement, Quality and Regulatory, CLIA and commercial teams to translate demand signals into executable supply plans and risk models.
  • Develop supplier monitoring dashboards and monitor supplier metrics across quality, cost, delivery, and regulatory compliance, and drive corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing partners on forecast/production scheduling, capacity planning, and lot traceability for reporting inputs.
  • Partner with procurement, logistics, and operations to provide data models that help streamline workflows, reduce lead times, and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Support business reviews with internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners to align priorities and resolve escalations.
  • Support in quarterly business review preparation with key external stakeholders.

Who You Are:

  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).
  • Understanding of ISO 13485, FDA, and EU MDR/IVDR regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights that drive action.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
