Arc is the future of startup finance.

Join Arc as we redefine finance and banking for the innovation economy.

We're on a mission to provide founders and CFOs with a trusted banking and growth capital solution that aligns with their fast-paced needs. With thousands of VC-backed tech companies already on the Arc platform today, we're proud to offer a friendlier and unrestricted path to cash management and growth capital.

We are seeking a Partnerships Lead to own and scale Arc’s go-to-market partnerships across both Cash Management and Capital Markets. Reporting to the VP of Revenue, this is a high-visibility individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership over sourcing, activating, and scaling partnerships at a fast-growing fintech.

What you bring

  • 4+ years of experience, with experience in partnerships strategy and go-to-market a plus. Experience in B2B Fintech/SaaS preferred.

  • A deep understanding of market trends and customer needs, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Proven ability to drive performance outcomes and analyze the success of partnerships efforts to continuously optimize strategy.

  • High level of resourcefulness and a track record of pushing pace and driving both short- and long-term priorities.

  • A knack for operations; proven ability to build repeatable processes and playbooks.

  • A natural collaborator; skilled at bringing out the best in the people you manage and partner with every day.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build influence at all levels and across all functions within the organization to rally behind shared goals.

⚡️ What you’ll do

  • Player/coach leading all partnerships & partner marketing efforts for Arc across both Cash Management and Capital Markets. Helping us build a generational brand, accelerate distribution through partners, and meaningfully contribute to the growth and culture of the organization.

  • Own the day-to-day execution of Arc’s partnerships strategy - sourcing, negotiating, and launching new partners.

  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring high engagement, performance, and mutual value creation.

  • Lead co-marketing and co-selling initiatives with partners, including joint launches, content, events, webinars, and sales enablement.

  • Plan and execute partner events and field marketing.

  • Build and maintain partnership performance reporting, tracking sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, and partner activity.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Capital Markets, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure partnerships are tightly aligned to go-to-market strategy and revenue goals.

  • Serve as the internal owner for partner execution, coordinating across legal, compliance, operations, and marketing to get deals live quickly.

  • Develop and continuously refine repeatable partnership playbooks, including outreach strategies, partner tiers, enablement materials, and activation workflows.

🚀 What we bring:

  • Founding team from Notion, LinkedIn, Affirm, Facebook, Tesla, Brex, Bolt, and beyond.

  • Remote and Hybrid work with offices in San Francisco and NYC.

  • $31m in funding from top VC’s like Y Combinator, NfX, Bain Capital, and Clocktower.

  • Excellent benefits including unlimited PTO, paid medical, dental, vision, etc.

Compensation Range: $150K - $180K
