We are seeking a Relationship Manager (think combo of AE and AM, hunting net new and farming existing in your geo) to join the Arc team. You will work directly alongside the founding team to help Arc reinvent the startup financial tech stack.
⚡️ What you’ll do:
Collaborate with Startup Founders, C-Suite Executives, and Finance Leaders.
Source net-new revenue and grow the Arc brand.
Serve as a trusted account advisor, adept at both inbound and outbound sales.
Engage with startups and founders at all stages of the sales cycle.
Develop strategic plans to close more companies and generate increased revenue.
Work closely with Sales Development Representatives to drive top-of-funnel deals.
✅ What you bring:
2+ years of closing experience at a B2B SaaS company or VC.
Ability to source and outbound your own leads, be creative and scrappy.
Experience carrying and achieving quota.
Passion for Fintech and Startups.
