We’re looking for an experienced Lender Partnerships Manager to join our Capital Markets team as we experience high growth. You will work alongside our Relationship Managers and Capital Leads to identify and engage potential lenders to sell our Lender Software to, engage and pitch those companies, and manage a complex sales and deployment process with them. This is a rare opportunity to make a direct impact on business strategy and growth, working directly with Arc’s entire executive team.
🚀 What You'll Accomplish Here
Set up calls with 8+ new lenders per week on our Lender Software.
Create 4+ qualified opportunities per week in coordination with our Capital leads.
Lead client calls, take notes, and own part of the client follow up communications.
Draft bespoke client proposals, propose pricing, and create assets to reinforce your sale.
Send, negotiate, and execute highly customized partnerships agreements with Lenders.
Partner with Capital Leads and Relationship Managers to ensure platform lenders receive adequate deal flow.
Support existing Lender Software customers.
Partner with product and engineering to inform the product roadmap for our lender software, and prioritize key features for customers and prospects in our pipeline.
Constantly stay up to date with the latest goings on in industry trends impacting our target buyer.
🌟 What You Bring
6+ years experience in a business development or quota carrying sales role.
Experience as a finance analyst a plus, especially in lower middle market private credit.
Ability to “wear multiple hats” as a team player in order to prioritize the dynamic business needs of a high-growth organization.
Exceptional written and communication skills, with an ability to work quickly with little oversight.
A big picture thinker who can execute at the deal level while steering their business unit at a strategic level.
Strong self-management, drive and organizational skills with ownership and pride in your work and ability to juggle multiple projects.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment is essential.
Ownership mentality, bias for action, highly motivated, strong work ethic.
