About the role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building qualified pipeline through a mix of thoughtful outbound and fast, high-quality inbound qualification. 50,000 users / month use Aligned, meaning we have a LARGE pool of warm leads. Some have signedup for our free product, some are already paying on our individual plans.

Your job will be to monitor signals such as these (signups, social media interaction) and set up meetings with our AEs to explore our Enterprise-grade, org-wide product.

Key Responsibilities:

● Own prospecting to our ICP. You’ll map stakeholders and run multi-channel sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, video) that earn first meetings

● Qualify leads quickly: run light discovery, confirm fit and timing and book high-quality meetings with full context for AEs.

Collaborate on messaging tests, persona insights and campaign feedback with the BDR and Marketing teams

Document learning and maintain excellent CRM hygiene.

Track and achieve weekly activity and outcome goals and use data to iterate your approach.

● Self-Sufficient: Comfortable in a startup environment where things are constantly changing and all processes aren’t entirely defined. We’ll be looking to you to help us with this!

● Excellent Communication: Strong active listening, confident in prospecting, and ability to connect with different levels of prospects.

● Empathy and Integrity: Authentic and trustworthy. True passion for solving customer problems.

● Coachable and Adaptable: Open to feedback and able to improve quickly

● Comfortable with modern sales tools and curious about new approaches like digital sales rooms and buyer enablement. We use Nooks, Warmly, CommonRoom, Apollo and others.
