About the role:

We’re hiring a Creative Campaign Manager to lead unforgettable campaigns across video, social, paid, and influencer channels – driving real demand and next-level brand recognition.

This is not a graphic design role. This is a creative marketing role – you’ll lead the direction of campaigns, write copy, draft briefs, run workshops, and pull all the moving parts together with clarity and style. You’ll work with top-tier designers, editors, and copywriters to execute – but the vision and momentum? That’s you.

You’ll have rare creative freedom and a leadership team that actually wants you to challenge the old ways of doing marketing. The kind of role that redefines portfolios – and fast-forwards your career.

What you’ll own

  • Creative campaign execution: Run multi-channel campaigns across paid, social, video, influencer, email, and co-marketing channels. You’ll shape the idea, write the brief, and guide execution – not build assets yourself.
  • Copywriting & messaging: Write clear, creative copy across formats – or refine work from freelancers with a sharp editorial eye.
  • Creative direction: Guide designers, editors, and freelancers with strong briefs, feedback, and brand alignment.
  • Vendor & agency management: Partner with agencies across paid, design, influencers, co-marketing, and content. You keep timelines tight, quality high, and ensure everyone has clear directions.
  • Channel activation: Help us show up brilliantly on LinkedIn, in inboxes, and anywhere B2B sales teams scroll.
  • Content remixing: Turn one strong idea into multiple touchpoints. Campaign ops: Own timelines, calendars, checklists, and reviews to make sure nothing gets stuck in the doc phase.
  • Marketing flexibility: You’ll be part of a lean, high-performing team. When something needs to ship, you jump in. We’re a team that executes together.

In the first 6 months, you’ll:

  • Launch 1-2 original, high-impact campaigns with full-funnel support and standout creative
  • Build and own a campaign calendar that gives visibility, repeatability, and cross-functional clarity
  • Propose and ship one experimental format or creative concept that pushes our brand forward
  • Partner on scaling our influencer and paid programs by weaving in creative campaign ideas
  • Help make Aligned one of the most talked-about startups in B2B sales

You might be a fit if:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content, sales, or creative strategy
  • Have owned campaigns end-to-end; from spark to ship
  • Can brief a designer or creator clearly, give strong creative feedback, and guide concept to execution
  • Can write your own copy – or know how to direct and improve it with ease
  • Love testing new ideas and channels – and don’t need permission to try something new
  • Use AI tools to speed up ideation, copy, testing, and workflows – and are excited by what’s next
  • Are curious about your audience (B2B SaaS sellers) and love feedback loops to deliver work that serves the audience
  • Love campaigns that feel more like stories and movements vs. spreadsheets
  • Balance creative vision with execution muscle – you’re the one who makes it happen
  • Are entrepreneurial by default and allergic to “this is how we’ve always done it”

Bonus points if you:

  • Have launched creative campaigns that made people stop scrolling
  • Have experience working with influencers, creators, or co-marketing partners
  • Have managed or grown a social presence on LinkedIn (brand or personal)
  • Have turned one core idea into 10+ assets across multiple channels
  • Have experience in B2B sales personas (especially AEs or sales leaders)
  • Use AI tools as a creative partner
  • Can write or review creative with clarity, urgency, and scroll-stopping hooks
  • Have worked at a high-growth startup or agency where speed and quality had to co-exist
  • Have experience with hybrid PLG and sales-assisted GTM motions
