The Technology Partnerships Lead at A.Team will drive the development and activation of strategic partnerships with AI companies and tech service providers. This role focuses on building relationships, fostering collaboration, and creating joint initiatives to expand A.Team's network and enhance its service offerings. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and measurable outcomes from these partnerships. The ideal candidate is skilled in both relationship-building and technical collaboration within the AI ecosystem, contributing directly to the company's growth and innovation.

Anticipated salary band: $150,000 USD - $225,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
Parnertship @ A.Team
We're seeking an experienced Technology Partnerships Lead to help spearhead our technology partnership strategy, with a primary focus on establishing and scaling relationships with leading cloud services providers and emerging technology solutions in the enterprise AI/GenAI ecosystem. This role is critical to our growth strategy and will directly impact our ability to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions to our enterprise clients.
Partnership Development & Strategy
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic technology partnerships that align with A.Team's mission and growth objectives
- Lead the development of comprehensive partnership strategies for cloud services providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and emerging AI/GenAI technology vendors
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential technology partners across the enterprise AI ecosystem
- Support the negotiation of partnership agreements, go-to-market strategies, and revenue-sharing models
Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary relationship manager for key technology partnerships, maintaining regular communication with partner stakeholders
- Collaborate with partner teams to develop joint value propositions, solution architectures, and market positioning
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to maximize partnership value
- Monitor and report on partnership success metrics, performance, and ROI
Business Development
- Stay current with emerging trends in cloud computing, AI/GenAI technologies, and enterprise software solutions
- Conduct research to identify new partnership opportunities and competitive landscape shifts
- Represent A.Team at industry conferences, partner events, and technology summits
- Develop partnership-driven marketing initiatives
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to align technology partnerships with overall partnership strategy
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service delivery to assure partner success
- Support sales teams with partner-enabled deals
- Partner with marketing to develop co-marketing campaigns and joint content initiatives
Required Qualifications: Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
- Proven track record of building and scaling technology partnerships at high-growth startups or scale-ups
- Experience working with cloud services providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of their partner ecosystems
- Background in system integration, cloud services & enterprise AI technology partnerships preferred
- History of successfully managing complex partnership engagements
Skills & Competencies
- Understanding of cloud computing offerings and AI/ML technology components
- Strong business acumen with ability to identify and articulate value propositions for technical partnerships
- Excellent relationship-building skills with ability to influence and collaborate across organizations
- Data-driven approach to partnership management with experience in CRM and partnership management tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
- Project management expertise with ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Technical Knowledge
- Experience with partnership management platforms and tools
- Familiarity with enterprise AI/GenAI solutions, including LLMs, MLOps, and AI infrastructure
- Knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and technical evaluation processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience at a technology startup that scaled from Series A to Series C or beyond
- Existing network within the cloud services or AI/GenAI technology ecosystem
- Background in consulting, particularly in technology or AI/ML implementations
- Experience with marketplace or platform business models
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
