It’s 2021, the cultural changes of COVID have planted their seeds, and it’s clear the world is shifting towards working remotely.

We are seeing an exponential rise in tech talent looking to work on products they are passionate about online. The freelancer’s initial instinct gravitates towards creating an account with a freelance platform, only to find themselves a commodity among a sea of talent willing to do the same job for a cheaper rate. Working for an agency may solidify their rate, but does not solve being commoditized. The situation for freelancers is currently not ideal. Their goal of working on exciting missions, with a talented team, for an above-market rate has proven to be nearly impossible to achieve.
Companies experience even greater difficulty. Sourcing the right team for their next product is a nightmare. Sure, they can find a front-end developer, a designer, and a product manager on the freelance platforms, but having to source each role manually is time-consuming, and an even greater challenge is ensuring the team is compatible with each other. Their goal of quickly finding a world-class remote team to build their product has proven to be nearly impossible.
That's where A.Team comes in! Forming world-class on demand teams is uncharted territory. In this role, you will be taking on the challenges of the future of work, mastering the methodology behind forming on-demand remote tech teams!
Who we are:
A.Team is a VC-backed early-stage startup building the world's first on-demand team formation platform, assembling high-performing, expert product tech teams, instantly. A.Team enables to form "cloud based teams" powered by its Team Graph, mapping work experience of a fast growing curated network of 3,000+ top product builders, across product management, design, engineering, and data science, who left tech giants and rigid corporate structures to team up with their peers to build tech that matters.

You will:
Craft and post missions and open roles based off of a client's specifications
Lead targeted community outreach to find the right candidates for open roles based on the client's requirements
Source relevant candidates for a mission from outside of the community when we don't have the right builders within our A.Team community
Vet and interview builders to determine their level of experience and fit for the team
Formulate the team for a mission based on the client's requirements and the team dynamics
Create compelling proposals to help customers understand why the team you formed is the ideal fit
Communicate and work closely with the Team Formation and Business Development teams

Use and improve internal and external tools for team formation
About you:
Familiarity with tech stacks and technological language
Experience working and communicating directly with clients
Responsive and high availability via email/Slack/phone during US working hours
Ability to translate product needs into technological requirements
Desire to learn about new technologies and have conversations with developers, product managers, designers and data scientists
Clear and effective communication, with both internal and external stakeholders
Exceptional energy and people skills
Preferably a background in developer experience / sales engineer

His latest company is A.Team. With a strong understanding and empathy for both the supply and demand side of product development, Raphael began in 2019 to build the thing he wished he had as a young coder and repeat founder — a way to form the best teams, repeatedly. And so A.Team was born — in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, which further accelerated the need for remote, on-demand teams.
Kobi, the COO and Founder of A.Team, has a background in data and software engineering and was previously a consultant at McKinsey where he lead TMT engagements in strategy and corporate finance, AI/ML and automation. His passion lies in creating systematic processes that empower automation and lead to world-class team formation.
Monet, the Chief of Staff at A.Team, has a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship and always seeks to make an impact through work that improves social well-being and redefines work in the modern world. She is one of the Founding team members of A.Team and focuses on ensuring a unique and meaningful client experience for every customer.
Maayan, the Head of Team Formation, has a background in software engineering, product, marketing, and project management. She redefines the process of forming world-class teams and empowers our clients with incredible teams and the ability to scale exponentially.
