This is a highly collaborative role that will work closely with marketing, sales, product teams to develop world-class brand design systems, product launches, content, and campaigns.
The ideal candidate has a proven record in graphic design, art direction, and experience working on product-driven brands across a range of disciplines including advertising, brand identity, performance marketing, product design and email marketing. They are strong in conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and design development.
What you'll accomplish:
Launch a product that’s disrupting the way people work and hire — creating a new category.
Work cross-functionally with internal (product, sales, marketing) and external teams.
Create engaging, scalable designs that span multiple marketing channels (i.e. paid ads, emails, landing pages, blog posts, sales enablement material, brand merchandise etc.)
Lead creative vision from concept through delivery.
Art direct necessary contributors, i.e.: illustrators, 3D designers, and motion designers.
Collaborate with other designers to develop and evolve brand guidelines and processes necessary to execute our brand strategy and deliver brand experiences.
Creative storytelling and communication of complex concepts in ways that are clear and memorable
5+ years of design experience, in-house and/or agency
Strong background & understanding of product design and product-driven brands
Experience working in both B2B + B2C, bonus if you’ve worked in marketplaces.
Expert proficiency in Figma and Illustrator (or Affinity Designer)
Portfolio demonstrates branding, communication, & product design craft.

Adam is the Head of Business Development at A.Team. After studying Organizational Psychology and a short stint as a startup founder, Adam found himself as an early employee at WeWork. His passion for helping startups grow and develop led him to build out the community and sales teams. With a genuine love for understanding people's motivations, and how they operate together as functioning teams, he found himself running Employee Engagement as the company began to scale.
