We are searching for an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader that has a real passion for technology and can deliver on bold revenue targets. As we continue to break into bigger deals, and formalize our support for the larger enterprise segment, this division within A.Team will blaze the path for the organization's growth. This is a lucrative opportunity to penetrate new accounts within a rich territory, as well as nurture others underway with their move to cloud-based, remote tech teams].
What you'll accomplish:
Developing a strong understanding of key differentiators and the competitive landscape
Prospect into mid-size and large fortune 500/1000 companies while running an efficient sales process
Create a systematic, process-driven approach to building an enterprise sales pipeline
Manage pipeline and sales activity with an ability to accurately forecast
Maintain, build and own specific relationship pipelines for all verticals and industries, including existing relationships and aspirational contacts
Drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within key enterprise prospect accounts
Develop a deep comprehension of prospective and existing customer's business
Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability and manage the sales pipeline from meeting with customers, advising customers on suitability of the product based on their needs, preparing team proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms and ensuring contracts are aligned with our company policies
Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI
Handle existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into various verticals and industries
Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges that defy easy solutions
Have intuitive sense of necessary steps to close business and gain customer validation
Identify robust set of business drivers behind all opportunities
Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency
Someone with 5+ years of sales experience (mix of selling within mid-market and enterprise)
Driven and have met/exceeded direct sales goals of 1M+ and operated with an average deal size of $100k+
Able to demonstrate methodology to prospect and build pipeline on your own
Experienced in working for an innovative tech company (SaaS, IT infrastructure or similar preferred)
Experienced in selling into large fortune 500/1000 companies with the ability to win new logos
Focused and organized and have excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills
Experience negotiating contracts and working with large clients and legal teams
Knowledge of modern tech stacks, using modern tools for CRM, workflow automation, etc.

With a strong understanding and empathy for both the supply and demand side of product development, Raphael began in 2019 to build the thing he wished he had as a young coder and repeat founder — a way to form the best teams, repeatedly. And so was born — in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, which further accelerated the need for remote, on-demand teams.
Kobi, the COO and Founder of A.Team, has a background in data and software engineering and was previously a consultant at McKinsey where he lead TMT engagements in strategy and corporate finance, AI/ML and automation. His passion lies in creating systematic processes that empower automation and lead to world-class team formation.
Monet, the Chief of Staff at , has a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship and always seeks to make an impact through work that improves social well-being and redefines work in the modern world. She is one of the Founding team members of A.Team and focuses on ensuring a unique and meaningful client experience for every customer.
Adam is the Head of Business Development at A.Team. After studying Organizational Psychology and a short stint as a startup founder, Adam found himself as an early employee at WeWork. His passion for helping startups grow and develop led him to build out the community and sales teams. With a genuine love for understanding people's motivations, and how they operate together as functioning teams, he found himself running Employee Engagement as the company began to scale. Adam joined A.Team to change the way teams are utilized in the workplace and to empower companies, small or tremendous, with opportunities to build products the right way; so they can realize their goals and missions.
